Q. How long does interlibrary loan take before I get my material?

Answer

After submitting a form, it can take varying amounts of time for the lending library to provide us with your requested material.  If it is an article, sometimes a lending library will email or fax it; this may only take a couple of days.  If they decide to mail it, the time you have to wait will be longer.  All books and films are mailed and can also take longer depending on the rarity of the item. 

Once we receive your material, we will contact you.  You may pick up your material at the circulation desk where you will be told when it must be returned.
