Q. Does Curry have database subscriptions that allow me to access articles from subscription magazines, like The New Yorker and newspapers?
I'm pretty sure every library has this in the country. I can't afford The New Yorker subscription, but I'd really like to read some of the articles.
We have current New Yorker issues in print on our shelves. You can read the magazine here. We also have issues online in Expanded Academic ASAP and other general databases (Check the A-Z list of databases on our library page under "Find what you need". Many newspapers and journals are also available in Lexis Nexis database also in our database list. It includes a number of resources from outside the United States. We also subscribe to the New York Times and Boston Globe as separate databases also on our list. If you are off campus, use your portal name and password to access the databases. On campus you can directly access these from the Curry network.
