Q. Why do I have an insufficient balance on my account to print when the semester just started?

It keeps saying there is an insufficient balance on my account to print but the semester just started so how come it keeps saying this if i get 500 free prints?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the print management software and your account. The print software and your account are not part of the library.  For assistance please call the technology center at 617 333 2911.  They will be able to help you.
