Q. I have just received an email, it says I have taken the learning lab key and it is overdue and it says it will charge me.

I did not take the key because the librarian/desk person is the one who opened it and kept the key. I signed out of the learning lab, so I do not know why I am being charged. I hope this can be resolved and I am not charged for this because it is false.

The message you received was computer generated; I am not sure exactly why it was sent, but I am sending your message to our circulation manageer, Leslie Becker, and I feel confident you won't hear about this again.
